Katlyne Dessaint-Louis,  known as Lady Kate, is a  wellness advocate, speaker, and creative visionary devoted to helping women rest, rise, and reclaim purpose. She is the founder of Chosen Women of Worth, Inc. and Rèspire Retreat & Restoration spaces designed to help women breathe again through soul care, intentional pause, and healing community.

A Certified Health & Wellness Coach and graduate candidate in Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University, Lady Kate currently serves as a Community Wellness Advocate  in the Psychiatry Department at Boston Medical Center, where she supports young adults and adults living with serious mental health conditions, including psychosis. Her work bridges clinical care and community education through trauma-informed wellness programming, health sessions, and culturally responsive engagement.

In addition to her clinical role, Lady Kate serves on the Massachusetts Maternal Mortality Review Committee, contributing to statewide efforts focused on prevention, equity, and saving lives. She also sits on the Community Health Equity Committee (CHEC) Advisory Board at the Boston Public Health Commission, where she collaborates with leaders and practitioners to advance health equity and address systemic disparities across Boston communities.

Lady Kate’s professional journey began in fashion as the founder of Femme Vintage, a styling boutique whose collections graced the runways of New York, Rhode Island, and Boston Fashion Week. Today, she brings that same creativity, elegance, and intentionality into her wellness and ministry platforms.
